IDH1-Mutant Myeloid Neoplasms Continuum: Clonal Evolution Across CCUS, MDS, and AML Virtual CME Program | 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™

This program examines the evolving role of IDH1 mutations across the continuum of clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Through expert faculty presentations and case-based discussions, participants will review modern WHO/ICC classification frameworks, molecular risk stratification, and the role of next-generation sequencing (NGS) in diagnosis, prognosis, and disease monitoring. The program also highlights emerging evidence for IDH1-targeted therapies, including patient selection, treatment sequencing, and management across disease states, with emphasis on MDS following hypomethylating agent failure and newly diagnosed AML. The goal is to help clinicians translate evolving molecular and clinical evidence into individualized, evidence-based patient care.
